Saturday, December 7 from 9:30-11:30
All supplies will be provided to make lovely gift tags to spruce up your holiday packages.
This program is open to teens & adults but you must REGISTER, as space is limited.
News from Scotland's Poet Laureate - Susan Powers
Susan Powers will host a Writing Workshop the first Tuesday of the month at the library from 5:30-6:30. The next workshop is on Tuesday, November 5. Poets, poetry lovers, and writers are welcome to join us. Bring an original piece of writing to share with the group. Open to adults - no registration necessary.
Susan's Youth Creative Writing Workshop.
Children ages 9 and up are invited to join us. Susan will provide instructions and topics to get young readers on the road to creative writing. Signups encouraged. Her final 2 youth workshops of the year are November 12 and December 10 at 3 p.m.
Susan's work with Parish Hill High School students in Spring of 2024 is available for viewing on the Children & Teen page of this website.
Additionally, Susan continues to attend poetry readings featuring area poets. Watch for upcoming events.
