Baby Gift Bags 
The Scotland Public Library wants to congratulate new parents in town. If you have a child that was born in 2020 or 2021 and you haven’t received a Baby Gift Bag, stop by the library today! Funding for the bags is provided by the Hampton/Scotland School Readiness Grant.

Fax Service – $1.00 per page
Copy/Printout Service – $.15 per page
Loan Periods:
Books, Magazines, CDs, Books on CD, Books on Tape - 3 weeks (.05/per day fine)
All children’s DVDs – 1 week ($1/day/movie fine)
Most DVDs – 2 days ($1/day/movie fine)
We have the Kill-A-Watt meter to loan. Borrow it and check your home appliances for energy efficiency.
Passes/Coupons to Area Attractions:
CT DEP – State Parks & Forests Day Pass – free parking at all state parks.
Connecticut Science Center – coupons for 20% admission for up to 4 people.
Mystic Aquarium in Mystic, CT – reduced admission for 2 adults and 2 children. PLEASE NOTE: This Pass is suspended during the reopening phase due to the Coronavirus.
Wadsworth Atheneum Museum of Art in Hartford, CT – free admission for 2 adults and 2 children.
Connecticut’s Old State House in Hartford, CT – free admission and $5 all day parking with stamp validation at welcome desk.

Low Vision Aids:
The library offers books on CD, Large Print books, and has magnifying devices for use in the library. Stop by the desk to find out about getting a Digital Talking Book Player from the State of CT Library for the Blind & Physically Handicapped.
