Celebrate the library's 125th Anniversary with us!

Thank you to everyone that joined us for this lovely celebration. You've helped us make incredible progress on the 125 Book Challenge. It will continue through the year until we hit our goal. Contact the library if you'd like to help.

125 Books Challenge

We are over 3/4 of the way to our challenge of 125 new books for the library.  A $20 donation will purchase a new book and a book plate will be added with your dedication.  Want to help us reach our goal?  Contact the library for all the details.

Summer Reading 2022

This year's theme is
Read Beyond the Beaten Path. 

Signups begin the week of June 21.  Stop by to register, pick up your summer reading packet, and join us for a drop-in craft.  This program is open to all ages.

Sign-ups required as space is limited.

Doll & Teddy Bear Postcards

Thursday, Aug. 4

Drop-in between 9 and noon to make a postcard for your Teddy Bear, doll, or favorite stuffed animal.  All supplies will be provided.

Nature Walk & Scavenger Hunt

Saturday, Aug. 6 at 10 a.m.

Join us for a walk around the library's nature trail as we complete a scavenger hunt.

Art Journaling 

Tuesday, August 9 at 5 p.m.

This program is for ages 10-adult.  Information and supplies will be provided.  You supply the creativity.

Nocturnal Animal Story Time

Thursday, August 11 at 10 a.m.

Join us for stories about our favorite night-time creatures. 

Summer Reading Finale with Denison Pequotsepos Nature Center

Saturday, Aug. 13 at 10 a.m.

Join us for stories about local wildlife, meet a live animal, create seed mosaics, and roast marshmallows.
