Passport to CT Libraries

This program is back!  

Stop by the library late-March to pick up your map of participating libraries and a Passport.  During the month of April, visit as many libraries in the state as you can and have your Passport stamped.  Return your completed passport to us and we'll enter you into a drawing to win a $200 gift card.

2024 Nutmeg Book Award


Stop by the library to vote for your favorite Nutmeg nominated books for 2024.  There are 4 categories - Elementary, Intermediate, Middle School, & High School.
Winners in each category will be announced in May.
And while you're here - check out the 2025 Nutmeg nominated books and start reading for next year!

Friday, April 5 from 5-7 p.m.
Wednesday, April 17 from 5-7 p.m.

This program is open to teens and adults and we meet the 1st Friday & the 3rd Wednesday of each month.  Feel free to attend either of both sessions.  No experience necessary.  You will receive a journal on your first session to be used for future classes.

Jigsaw Puzzle Contest

First team to complete a 500 piece puzzle wins and will be awarded Bragging Rights. Teams will work on identical puzzles provided the day of the event.

You must register as space is limited to 6 teams of 4 people per team.

Ages 12 and up.

Join other crafters on Thursdays at 10:00 a.m.  Bring your knitting, crocheting, or quilting projects.
